A task names "Reassembling Large files" runs during mondo restoring. may i have a confirmation what this task does? does this must be done or optional?

Please remember this is an Open Source project using the free time of the benevolent dictator for life to get improvements and fixes. While benevolent, he hasn't much time to dedicate to it.

Yes this step is mandatory if you want to get your large files back. There is no option to desactivate it, and isonly activated if large files have been found during backup (which you can identify in the log file).
