mondoarchive v2.2.9.5-r2735
Mindi v2.0.7.6-r2735
System is Debian Squeeze (6.0) using LVM2 and GRUB2.
Linux ccasvr 2.6.32-5-amd64 #1 SMP Wed Jan 12 03:40:32 UTC 2011 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Running "mondoarchive" without any args, logged in as root.
Choose "Hard Disk".
Enter "/mnt/rd1000/mondo" (it is a mounted RD1000 disk, ext3 with mondo folder already created).
Choose "Average" compression.
Choose "4480" DVD image size.
Choose "mondorescue" as iso prefix.
Choose "/" as path to backup.
Get the following on the terminal session:
           Disk /dev/dm-0 doesn't contain a valid partition table
                                                                 Disk /dev/dm-1 doesn't contain a valid partition table
                                       Disk /dev/dm-2 doesn't contain a valid partition table
Welcome to MoDisk /dev/dm-3 doesn't contain a valid partition tableeversed.
                                                                   Disk /dev/dm-4 doesn't contain a valid partition table
                                         Disk /dev/dm-5 doesn't contain a valid partition table
               Segmentation fault

I was able to create a boot cd that works using standalone "mindi".
It did complain about a tgz file appearing to not be a valid tar file,
but it did not affect it's ability to boot and get to a prompt where
I could mount all the logical volumes manually.

Status: newassigned

This problem should have been fixed in the latest stable version 2.2.9.6. Please could you upgrade to that version and retry again ? TIA.

Probably fixed with rev [2836]. Reopen if it's not the case. Will be in 2.2.9.7.
