Support multipathing devices

Description
It seems mondorescue doesn't support multipathing devices like :
/dev/mapper/mapthXpY
It will be interesting to add this feature for a next release of mondorescue.

rev [2072] contains support for multipath. Still needs more checking, but allowed me to restore such a machine (RHEL 5.2) using it. Will be in 2.2.8

Latest beta of 2.2.8 should completely work for multipath.

The wiki referencedoesn't seem to work anymore. Could you provide a log file of mondorescue for such a configuration please to help me see where you encountered issues.
