Description

Dear Mondo support team, I am trying to backup a Oracle Linux 7.7 box. I used to use Mondo on the Oracle Linux 5 and it used to work perfectly. Now I am unable to backup the server. Mondoarchive mentions that it failed to create the boot disks, and the log file has a lot of these messages: cp: error writing \u2018/u01/tmp/mondo.tmp.YY4fTu/mondo.tmp.eMNhAy/mountpoint.20930usr/lib/firmware/brcm/brcmfmac4358-pcie.bin\u2019: No space left on device

although this drisk has aroumg 80 GB free. I appreciate your help as I need to duplicate this server to two other similar servers to use as Oracle eBS test servers. Than you.

Thanks Bruno for the suggestion, but I had already tried the suggestion provided, but it didn't work. The log files I sent are after I tried to set EXTRA_SPACE=300000. If there is anything I can try I'd be grateful, because I need to clone this server urgently. Thank you.

Thanks, it worked when I increased EXTRA_SPACE to a big number (around 15GB). I failed first to understand the meaning of this parameter, which turned out to be the size of the RAM disk in KB! So my issue is solved and I was able to take the snapshot of the Linux OS.
