mindi aborts on Debian 8 on UEFI system

Description
When trying to build an ISO image with mindi on Debian 8, it aborts.

Sorry won't be part of 3.3.0 as I expected. I need to release that one sooner and won't have time to work more on this (I started by isolating ISO generation calls, but needs more work again).

Doesn't seem Debian 9 nor 10 provide an xorriso version supporting that option either.

Debian's version of genisoimage is not able to create UEFI media as it doesn't provide the options added on Fedora for that.
xorriso should be installed instead.
BTW the std version on Debian 8 (1.3.2) fails with the following error:
updating to 1.4.4 doesn't seem to solve the problem. These additional options passed by mindi are not supported by xorriso only the modified version of Fedora.
So needs more work here.
