partial scratch dirs usage for USB media

Description
When using a RW media such as a USB disk/key, mondoarchive could make a better usage of the scratch dir by making partial copies after a certain size, to avoid needing huge scratch dir sizes when using a large USB device.
E;G.. a very large scrath dir is needed for a 128 GB USB disk.
