Cant create archive with Rhel 6.5

While trying to run mondoarchive I get the following error 

"---progress-form---4--- TASK:  [*******.............]  35% done;  3:39 to go Warning! CD is too big. It occupies 4896752 KB, which is more than the 650 KB al

Call to mkisofs to make ISO (nfs #3) ...failed

It seems to create 2 ISO's but dies on trying #3??
