usb 2.0 support for kernel 3.10 and above

Recently there was a new module introduced to support the usb 2.0 bus connected most likely by pci-e.

Please add also the module ehci_pci to /usr/sbin/mindi in the USB_MODS="... stanza.

Without the module the usb is not usable - hence a restore or even using a usb-keyboard is not possible.

Fix in rev [3199] for branch 3.2 and in rev [3245] for branch 3.0 to allow for a 3.0.5
