Mondo restore fails with a "bug with GRUB installer" error.

Description
This issue happens very randomly and is not reproducible with different HP servers we use.
Hence we are not able to get the mondo logs at this point. We are trying on different servers for this error instance.
But i need help if this is specific to any version of mindi that this error happens. Mindi v2.0.7-r2460 is the version we have installed on these servers. Is there any command to find the version of GRUB for this error? Please assist

Uploaded logs. Mindi Version is mindi v1.2.4-r1532 There was no recent mondo restore log.
Please let me know your thoughts on this.

Screen shot is from customer system when the issue happened. The mindi log and mondo logs are from the lab dialer.

This has been fixed a long time ago. Please update to latest mondo/mindi.
No log provided so difficult to help.
Please update you r mindi/mondo version to latest versions before.
