I would like to see vmfs supported to allow use of MondoRescue with VMWare.

However, the tests I made with VMWare ESX 3 were really unsuccessful as ESX looks like Linux but is very far from behaving like a Linux :-( Especially they decided to change commands, remove some of them, add others, which would imply a complete port. Not for any future version soon I'm afraid.
And by that time, everyone will use KVM which *is* standard ;-)
