in ListAllPartitions mindi should use the EXCLUDE_DEVS variable to exclude the FS which are on VGs excluded

mindi is now excluding correctly devices with MINDI_EXCLUDE_DEVS env var, and in analyze-my-lvm so that need is covered as of rev [2565]
