ps command takes no parameter in restore

Description
the ps command provided by busybox takes no parameter. It's causing error on screen and also in the code. Functions such as openin_tape have to be changed Idea: separate what is called from mondo-archive and mondo-restore really. And for common functions needing ps, then add a define whose vale change depen,ding on the context.
This could particularly explain problems with tape restore
