Project-Builder.org 0.9.3 is now here

It took me a bit of time, but I wanted it to be able to support patches in ordder to build buffer which need them. And also some file format have changed, and hopefully with all of these modifications, I'll be able to easilly manage LinuxCOE packages, which should have happened way before.

Remains to create Debian packages for it (only RPMs) at the moment, due to name issues with perl modules on Debian.

I may now be able to work on mindi 2.0.3 to create all packages (some are missing), buffer for fedora, and some other stuff before leaving for 2 weeks and half of vacation in ​Quiberon where I plan to work a bit on Mondo v3 in perl.
