sbminst in mondo is the Smart Boot Manager (​http://btmgr.webframe.org/).
It takes up 63KB of space, hasn't had an update upstream in five years,
isn't used in MondoRescue as far as I can tell - certainly it wasn't in
the Debian package for at least about 18 months without any known side
