  • Update deplist for Debian support
  • Fix #363 where exclude_paths was extended up to memory limit dumping core
  • Default to DVD size when in iso or netfs mode
  • Improve analysis of kernel modules by printing whether it's a live or extra module which has not been found (Matthew Cline) as reported in #362
  • Remove useless pb_log and MONDO_TRACEFILE
  • /dev/shm is now part of the default exclude list
  • some distro hold lvm commands under /usr/sbin
  • bzip2 is under /bin on Debian

(merge from 2.2.9 branch)

6# mindi - mini-Linux distro based on the user's filesystem & distribution
7#
8# Mindi can create a multi-image boot/root kit. The first image is the boot
9# disk: it contains a kernel, a ramdisk etc. The second disk is data disk #1;
10# the third disk is data disk #2; and so it goes.
11#
12# See http://www.mondorescue.org for details.
