478	Can I restorea full server from ISO images stored on a a USB HDD just by burning and booting from 1st DVD?	Salim Karam	Bruno Cornec	"I have done a full backup of our Oracle Linux test server using MondoArchive 2.2.9.6 to plan a backup of the real production server, in order to make a full clone to a remote site to have an identical standby server. I chose the Hard Disk option, and wrote DVD images on it with average compression.
The backup took 27 DVD images (there is a lot of data) which were stored on the external 1TB USB drive. So can I use these images for a restore operation without having to burn them all to actual DVDs, as they will take a tremendous amount of time? If not, is there a recommended way of backing up the server for this purpose, like a mixture of DVD & HD backup?
Our structure is the following: the root '/' folder contains the OS (72GB RAID1) and a storage array mounted on /d01 (1TB RAID10) holds the Oracle eBS application and database files.
I appreciate your help in giving me the best scenario possible, especially that the backup size was almost 130 GB with average compression.

Thanks and regards,
Salim Karam"	task	closed	normal	2.2.9.7	mondo	2.2.9.6	normal	fixed
