Initial import of the documentation in SGML format.
Since the original SGML file and LyX files have not been published,
thus not preserved, I'll restart from scratch by importing the HTML
doc converted into SGML/DocBook.
Then real work begins ;-)

47temp files or files which you think you may have changed recently
48then the archives are simply out of date, albeit only by a few
49minutes. Not a problem. However, if lots of files in /usr have
50changed or if you get lots of errors then perhaps your CD, your
51tapes or even your hardware could be to blame. Check your CD writer
52or tape streamer.</para>
